You can update non-identity details like email, phone number and payment methods anytime in Settings > Account > Update Details. Changes to name, date of birth or ID number require verification and support approval, which protects both your account and prevents fraud.

We retain transaction records for 7 years after account closure for legal compliance with Indonesian financial rules. Personal profile data — your name, address, email — is deleted within 90 days unless we're required to keep it by law for an ongoing dispute or investigation.

Open a dispute in Support > Disputes within 30 days of the transaction. Provide your account email and describe why you believe the withdrawal was unauthorized. Our team reviews your account activity and payment logs within 5 business days and contacts you with a decision.
